Coles Road Brewing started, very humbly, as a curious gift between two brothers.  This slowly evolved from a small pot on our mother’s stove to a weekend ritual involving friends and family under the shade of a great maple tree.  A simple gift gave us a platform from which we could continually improve and evolve upon, both a creative outlet and a pursuit of sciences.  We’re very excited to share this gift with you.  Stay tuned.
