Ladybug is one of our oldest and most treasured IPAs, first brewed years ago in a tiny apartment that, fittingly, was absolutely full of ladybugs. What started as a humble homebrew experiment has since evolved into a refined, modern IPA crafted with some of our favorite malts and generous additions of Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. Bright, citrusy, and deeply aromatic, this updated recipe honors its quirky beginnings while delivering a smooth, vibrant hop profile built for today’s drinkers.
